At KT Surgico, we stand behind the quality of every instrument we manufacture. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

       The item is unused, unsterilized, and in its original packaging

       The item is in the same condition as when it was received

       Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, surgical, dental, and orthopedic instruments that have been used, sterilized, or altered cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

       Used or sterilized instruments

       Custom-made or special-order instruments

       Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accident

       Final sale, clearance, or discounted items marked as non-returnable

       Items returned after the 30-day return window

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Do not ship items back without receiving written return authorization from KT Surgico. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. KT Surgico will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item was sent. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as KT Surgico is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
