KT Surgico is committed to ensuring every customer receives the correct, high-quality instrument they ordered. If you need to exchange a product, we make the process as straightforward as possible. Please read our exchange policy carefully.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

• You received the wrong item (incorrect product, size, or variation)

• The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect

• You wish to exchange for a different size or variation of the same product (subject to stock availability)

All exchange requests require the item to be unused, unsterilized, and returned in its original packaging in the same condition as received.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Items that have been used or sterilized

• Custom-made or special-order instruments

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage

• Exchange requests submitted after 30 days of delivery

• Final sale or clearance items

4. Exchange Shipping

For exchanges due to our error, a manufacturing defect, or incorrect item shipped, KT Surgico will cover all return and replacement shipping costs. For voluntary exchanges (e.g., size or variation change), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Standard shipping rates apply to the replacement item sent.

5. Processing Time

Exchange requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition. Once the replacement is dispatched, standard shipping timelines apply based on your location.
